PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the generation of blister on the surface of a conductive roll is provided to achieve high quality plated products and to enable to effectively remove the blister without stopping the operation of a plating facility. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preventing the generation of blister on the surface of a conductive roll(2) comprises an air suction pipe(20) which is inserted into both rubber portions(4) of the conductive roll and formed with a plurality of suction holes; a discharge pipe which is fixed to the outer end of the air suction pipe and has a discharge port; a valve body which is fixed inside the discharge pipe and has an inner suction hole communicating with the air suction pipe and an inner discharge hole communicating with the discharge port; a valve seat mounted within the valve body so as to be fixed to a movable valve shaft by penetrating the valve body in order to elastically open or close the inner suction and discharge holes; a movable magnet(77) fixed to the end of the valve shaft; and a fixed magnet(88) fixed by a support rod with being spaced from the movable magnet in the same horizontal plane.
