DEVICE FOR TWO-STAGE REDUCTION OF IRON ORE FINES IN FLUIDIZED LAYER AND METHOD OF REDUCTION OF IRON ORE FINES

摘要

FIELD: two-stage reduction of iron ore fines in fluidized layer at wide granulometric composition. SUBSTANCE: first fluidized- bed furnace is used for drying, preliminary heating and preliminary reduction of iron ore fines; second fluidized-bed furnace is used for final reduction of preliminarily reduced iron ore. Proposed device is equipped with intermediate bins located behind fluidized-bed furnaces in way of flow; intermediate bins are provided with valves which ensure required tightness relative to gas/solid particles. Fine particles of iron ore which fall through holes of gas distributors in case of deviation of process from normal run are returned to furnaces for reprocessing, thus excluding obstacles and deceleration of flow of reducing gas due to defluidization and forming of passages.
