An apparatus for sampling and logging on all producing zones of a well is disclosed, which comprises a down hole tool (1) and a surface measuring and controlling unit (36). The down hole tool (1) includes a cable head (21), a coupling (2) attached to the head, a natural gamma detector, a electrical section (4), a single probing section (5), a pump out section (6), a section of a double packer (7), and a section of several samplings (8). The surface measuring and controlling unit (36) includes a power controller and a computer system, and software of relative control and analysis & description. The upper end of the pump out section (6) is connected to the single probing section (5). The lower end of the pump out section (6) is connected to the section of several samplings (8).
