PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation anchor bolt easy in operation when a structure is simple and settled and corrected, exactly settle and correct a building without any modification in the structure of a floor or the like in the inside of the building, thus make a construction period needing settlement and correction very short as compared with the conventional method and suppress a construction cost low. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 2 for forming a female screw on the inner face of an anchor bolt 1 and an anchor bolt body 3 for forming a first male screw part 3a screwed on the female screw of the outer cylinder on the lower part and forming a second male screw part 3b screwing a nut on the upper part are provided. A handle part 4 for normally and reversely rotating an anchor bolt body is provided between the first male screw part and the second screw part. The anchor bolt body is normally and reversely rotated to be extended and contracted to the outer cylinder by operating the handle part.
