PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering sheet having extremely high tensile strength, usable for a lower bottom part of high banking, or withstanding the load of a heavy machine in the reclamation work of the soft ground. SOLUTION: A plurality of strands formed by uniaxially drawing synthetic resin are connected to form a long-sized flat belt body 2, and the belt bodies 2 are arranged in parallel at prescribed spaces. A cloth body 3 comprising filaments formed by uniaxially drawing synthetic resin is attached to one face or both faces and integrated with the belt bodies 2 to form the civil engineering sheet 1.
