PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an electronic element, capable of improving adhesion of the element with a heat sink member. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the electronic element comprises a threaded member 10 which is to be engaged with the heat sink member 1 contacted with the electronic element 5, and an annular washer 14 mounted at a shaft 11 of the member 10 and interposed between a head 12 of the member 10 and the element 5. In this structure, an outside diameter R1 of the washer 14 is set three times or larger than an outside diameter R2 of a male threaded part 13, formed on an outer periphery of the shaft 11.
