PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents distribution system capable of realizing high speed processing by reducing the dependency of software processing, and realizing the transfer of a two-way packet between a user and a contents server suitable for requested quality in a contents distribution network. SOLUTION: In this identifier cooperative type contents distribution system, an access device is provided with a means for performing the corresponding management of contents ID and the virtual network ID of a virtual network for transferring the contents and the corresponding management of the contents ID and a quality class in transferring the contents, and for performing the application of the quality identifier of the quality class to the packet of a contents distribution server connection request or a contents acquisition request transmitted from a user based on the contents ID applied to the packet and the transfer of the packet to the virtual network.
