PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling easiness and servicing accessibility in CRFM. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger assembly 102 includes a condenser assembly 106, a radiator assembly 104, a fan shroud 108 and a clip 204 for holding the condenser assembly 106. The clip includes a base part 302, a first engagement part 308, a second engagement part 310 and a lock part 322. The base part has a first end 304, a second end 306, a top side 324 and a bottom side. The first engagement part is extended from the bottom side of the base part and has a first flange 312A and a second flange 312B. The first flange and the second flange form a groove 314 along the first end of the base part. The second engagement part is extended from the bottom side of the base part along the second end of the base part.
