PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system that can set a delay time absorption buffer in real time by taking a type of traffic into account and evaluate the quality of packets. SOLUTION: In the neural network that has a transmission section that transmits multimedia packets and a reception section, the transmission section is provided with a service detection section that detects a type of multimedia service, a delay detection section that detects a packet delay amount from the reception section, a fluctuation detection section that detects a packet fluctuation amount from the reception section, a packet loss detection section that detects a packet loss by the reception section, a neural network section that receives data from a time stamp comparison section of the reception section, a fuzzy inference section that receives the packet delay amount, the fluctuation amount and the packet loss, and a buffer that absorbs the fluctuation of the packet. |
