PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive fixed phone compatible with Internet access service in which a user uses a portable exclusive terminal to make a speech or to access the Internet anywhere in a room as if to use a mobile phone terminal and that provides a pleasant operation environment where the user makes a speech while viewing mail and operates the terminal by using both the hands. SOLUTION: Two phone terminals equipped with a display device are integrated into one set of the phones of an integral structure comprising a phone main body and a portable slave terminal, and the phone main body side to/from which the other slave terminal is freely attached/detached or on which the other slave terminal is mounted additionally can operate an exclusive slave unit terminal.
