PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which is capable of eliminating buffer memories of a frame state in combining a front end processor section and an audio decoder section to one chip. SOLUTION: The audio decoder section 4b is prepared, in parallel, with an audio packet extraction section 43 which extracts audio packets constitute audio data to the input b of the sector data from an external memory 5 connected to the front end processor section 4a, a supplementary packet extraction section 48 which extracts the supplementary packets consisting of supplementary data and a frame information extraction section 52.
