PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for degassing treatment for taking a bubble after kneading, for example, with a glass fiber to be added without flowing out a contaminant from a sealing material, after curing to a charge migration layer, by forming a predetermined gap due to an adhesive strength durable by taking polyhedral planes, moisture-resistant reliability, flexibility, curing in a short time, by allowing laminating of upper and lower conductive supports at the ambient temperature. SOLUTION: The sealing material 5 for sandwiching the charge migration layer 4 opposite at a predetermined interval between a pair of transparent conductive supports 1 and 3 contains (a) a liquid-like epoxy resin, (b) a curing agent made of a novolac resin, having a softening point according to a ring and ball method of 75 deg.C or lower, (c) a filler having a particle size of 10 μm or less, and (d) a curing accelerator as indispensable components, in such a manner that a mixture of the (a) liquid component and the (b) component is a liquid state or has a softening point of 50 deg.C or lower by a measurement according to the ring and ball method. |
