<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately realize serial transmission of digital data forming D-Cinema signals through comparatively easily obtainable means, utilizing existing circuit constituent elements. SOLUTION: Digital data for forming digital image signals having the frame rate set to 24 Hz, 25 Hz or 30 Hz, the number of lines per frame set to 1125, the number of effective line per frame set to 1080, a sampling frequency set to 74.25 MHz, the number of effective sample per line set to 1920, and the number of quantization bit set to 10, 12 14 or 16, are converted into two digital data, each forming 20-bit word frame data at a word transmission rate of 74.25 MBps; and after inserting identification code data respectively, both data are transmitted as serial data, respectively.</p> |
