METHOD OF ANALYZING INJECTION MOLDING CONDITIONS

A method of analyzing injection molding conditions closer to actual injection conditions,allowing for a molten resin compressibility in a barrel unit and a mechanical delay in resin flow caused by the constituting apparatuses of an injection molding machine;and the analysis results provided to users over the Internet.A method of analyzing injection molding conditions,comprising the steps of using input data having shape data(31)and injection condition data(37)to analyze a flow process in which molten resin is filled into a mold,a dwelling process from molten resin filling and gate sealing,and a cooling process in the mold after the gate sealing,and thereby calculating the pressure distribution and temperature distribution of the in−mold resin,wherein data(43)on the compressibility of molten resin housed in the cylinder barrel unit and mechanical data caused by the constituting apparatuses of the injection molding machine are added to the above input data.
