The base wall (12) of the bolting device housing (10) is holed (13) for the bolt (14) joined nontwistably to a bolting bar (15) below the base wall (12). Above the wall the bolt is ringed by an elastomer body (17) overlain by a disk (25) coupled in turn to the bolt (14). When the elastomer (17) is off load it leaves a free space (21) between elastomer and inwall (19) to allow the bolt to be forced lengthways against the load offered by the elastomer body, thus enabling the bolting bar (15) to grip below a blocking element (27). Off load an axial sector (19) of the elastomer makes contact with the housing inwall (19), the housing designed in tube form so the housing forms a guide for the disk (25).
