PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip-sealing structure capable of easily removing a lip seal plate, without deforming a lip-sealing plate fixing member in the removal of the lip seal plate. SOLUTION: First and second lip-sealing plate fixing members 8 and 9, formed into staircase shape so that the space between the opposed parts is gradually reduced toward the axial inside of a port body 4 are mounted on the inside part of the port body 4 and the outside part of a plug 5, and the lip-sealing plate 11 is welded to the stepped end surfaces 8a, 8b, 8c, 9a, 9b, and 9c of the lip-sealing plate fixing members 8 and 9 via a plate member 16.
