PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple disc clutch pack capable of eliminating supply of a fluid layer to between clutch plates. SOLUTION: This multiple disc clutch pack comprises a plurality of porous metal plates 10 mounted concentrically and each having a first surface (12) and a second surface (14) while at least one of the surfaces is impregnated with a magneto-rheological substance. A plurality of grooves is defined on at least one of the surfaces of at least one of the plates.
