<p>PURPOSE:To digitize a rotational phase error detecting function, to compact the constitution of the phase error detecting device and to reduce the production cost of the device by comparing the phase of a frequency dividing output with a reference phase and outputting a phase error. CONSTITUTION:An 1/n frequency divider 23 to which a reproducing horizontal synchronizing signal HSY supplied through a terminal 3 is supplied is provided with a reset terminal to receive a vertical synchronizing signal VSY. After dividing the frequency of the signal HSY into 1/n by the frequency divider 23, the frequency-divided signal is sent to a latch circuit 25 and the output of an adder 28 is sent to a comparator 33 as the reproducing phase information phiSY of the signal HSY. Thereby, the processing frequency of each constitutional element can be reduced, and since the frequency dividing means is reset by the signal VSY, the malfunction of the phase error detection of a horizontal synchronizing signal more than the period can be suppressed. Consequently, the phase error detecting function can be inexpensively digitized by the compact constitution.</p> |
