PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a thermoplastic elastomer composition powder which is excellent in sheet molding property and inexpensive and to provide a surface skin body having high physical properties, not causing whitening when folded, excellent in flexibility and having good surface appearance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition powder is obtained by mixing a powder composition having 300-1,000μm primary particle diameter with a powder composition having 50-200μm primary particle diameter at a weight ratio of 50:50 to 95:5. The elastomer composition powder is used for powder molding. An olefin-based (TPO) or polyurethane-based (TPU) thermoplastic elastomer is preferably used as the thermoplastic elastomer.
