PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original plate for a lithographic printing plate by which printing can be performed by being mounted as it is on a printing machine without performing any processing after the plate is exposed to IR rays scanning based on a digital signal and which has good press developing properties and is hardly stained by printing and has highly durable wear. SOLUTION: The original plate for the lithographic printing plate with an image forming layer comprising resin fine particles on a substrate with a hydrophilic surface is characterized by the resin fine particles being a latex synthesized by emulsion polymerization using an emulsifying agent with an ethylene oxide chain. |
