PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filing device which is capable of binding easily without sticking by paste or an adhesive and can simply change a title and an item name. SOLUTION: The three fringes of a rectangular transparent or translucent synthetic resin film (21) having a size which is smaller by a prescribed size than the sizes of the front cover (11) and the rear cover (12) are stuck on the outside of each of the front cover (11) and/or the rear cover (12) of the filing device (10) to form pocket part (20) into which paper pieces (30) to be bound can be inserted.
