PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve the production condition of each molding after shipment by obtaining production data in various processes of a plastic fuel tank molded by a blow molding machine before its immersion inspection. SOLUTION: In a method and a device for collecting data for producing the plastic fuel tank, the data in various processes of the blow-molded plastic fuel tank is preserved as the production data and can be retrieved after shipment when the data is necessary.
