PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe, a steel pipe connection structure, and a steel pipe connection method capable of connecting pipe end parts mutually, accurately, precisely, and easily and reducing time and labor required for making joint members arranged in parallel of both steel pipes continuous. SOLUTION: This steel pipe is constituted in such a way that joint members 3 arranged in parallel of steel pipe main bodies 2 arranged in parallel in the radial direction are attached to outer side faces of the steel pipe main bodies 2 along the longitudinal direction and a plurality of steel pipe main bodies 2 are freely connected in the longitudinal direction. At least either of a cylindrical joint part 7 and a shaftlike joint part 8 provided with connection mechanisms 6 which are mutually and freely fitted and are mechanically connected is provided in an end part of the steel pipe main body 2. While the cylindrical joint part 7 and the shaftlike joint part 8 are mutually connected, end parts of the joint members 3 arranged in parallel are integrally extended so that they are closer to end parts of the joint members 3 arranged in parallel on the cylindrical joint part 7 side than an exposed outer side end part of the shaftlike joint part 8 and are fixed to the steel pipe main bodies 2.
