COSMETIC ADDITIVE COMPOSITION CONTAINING LAMINARIA SACCHARINA AND COSMETIC CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cosmetic containing a cosmetic additive composition containing an extract of Laminaria Saccharina, phytosphingosine and Portulaca oleracea L. is provided which exhibits excellent skin elasticity, reduces the size of pores in mammalian skin and inhibits proliferation against bacteria present in skin. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for improving skin trouble contains 1 to 20% by weight of Laminaria Saccharina, 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of phytosphingosine, 1 to 15% by weight of Portulaca oleracea L. and additionally 1 to 45% by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of cinnamon extract, ginger extract and Sanguisorba officinalis L. extract.
