PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slantly attached fan sink for an electronic device such as a processor attached to the mother board of a computer system or the like. SOLUTION: This slantly attached fan sink for an electronic device such as the processor of a computer system includes a heat sink which is attached to the surface of the electronic device and dissipate the heat from the electronic device. A fan assembly is attached aslant to the base of the heat sink. The an assembly circulates a refrigerant such as air to pass the heat sink roughly aslant to the surface of the electronic device, thereby dissipating heat from the heat sink. |
