PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel having a decoration provided by the application of decorative sheets to the portion of the outer surface of a decorative-panel base which cannot be deployed into a plane unless it is cut open, the panel capable of effectively preventing the peeling of the sheets from the base starting from a joint between the sheets. SOLUTION: The decorative panel 10 has two decorative sheets 13 and 14 which decorate the upper and lower surfaces 1U and 1D of a stack of an upper base 11 and a lower base 12 and the outer peripheries 1F and 1E of the bases exposed to the outside during use. The ends of the joint between the two decorative sheets 13 and 14 are wrapped between the two bases 11 and 12 and joined to each other.
