The toilet seat has on its lower face a hook (3b) which on closing is adjusted in an opening (14a) of the case (B4). The case is fixed on the front face of the toilet bowl (48). The casing (B1) is fixed on the indented front. The upper pedal (6a) allows the opening of the toilet seat (4a) and the pedal (6b) closes it. The two pedals activate the cable (34) which passes in the bowl, comes out through an eyelet (15) then enters a hole (12) where a screw (18a) locks the cable. A base (8a) screwed onto the ceramic of the bowl receives a spring (9a), a toilet seat and cover (23), the whole pivoting on a spindle (42e).
