PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awning spreading stand which can be stably raised and supported on the ground, while inclining backward with an awning member spread flatways. SOLUTION: The awning spreading stand is provided with a frame body 10 which is covered with an awning member 40 spread flatways, and with a supporting body 30 which supports the frame body 10 so as to keep standing on the ground or floor 20 while inclining backward. The frame body 10 which is covered with the spread awning member 40 can be kept standing stably on the ground or floor while inclining backward by the support of the supporting body 30. The awning member 40 which is spread on the frame body 10 is directed approximately in the vertical direction to the sunbeam, and can form a wide range of shaded area behind the awning member 40.
