PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved rubber cutting machine with a cutter stop holding device that facilitates a replacement operation of a cutter stop, whose replacement operation requires much time and labor in a conventional rubber cutting machine. SOLUTION: The cutter stop 3 of the rubber cutting machine can be held clamped between a stepped wall 5 of a body bed having two stepwise staged planes and one end wall 7 of a cutter stop pressing plate slidable, in an opposed relation to the stepped wall, on a lower stage surface of the body bed, and can be housed in a cutter stop holding and housing groove 4 where a proper number of cylindrical cutters 8 are buried each with a point portion projected slightly in a substantially perpendicular relation from the wall surface of the related stepped wall 5 or one end wall 7.
