OIL FILTER DISMANTLING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional oil filter dismantling device wherein work is very troublesome and much labor is required. SOLUTION: This dismantling device is provided with a rotation body 15 rotated while holding a cylindrical oil filter OF in a coaxial state; a handle 17 serving as a rotationally driving means for rotationally driving the rotation body 15; and a cutting edge 19 coming in pressure contact with the outer periphery of the oil filter OF held by the rotation body 15, from the radial direction. The oil filter OF can be easily cut with little labor.
