PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rationalization of operations for attachment/detachment of a motor, a reduction in cost, and the like. SOLUTION: A rotating support shaft 37 of a rotor 23 is provided with a first coupling part 45 facing the backside of a base member 21. An end of a driving shaft 41 of the motor 24 is provided with a second coupling part 46 which is engaged with the coupling part 45 in such a manner as to be capable of being engaged/disengaged in an assembling direction of the motor 24 and which can be rotated integrally with the coupling part 45 in such an engaged state. When the motor 24 is assembled to/disassembled from the base member 21, the coupling part 45 is concurrently engaged with/disengaged from the coupling part 46. This allows the rotor 23 to be coupled to/separated from the motor 24. Furthermore, the coupling part 45 has a recessed engaging part 47, and the coupling part 46 has a protrusive part 48 to be engaged, which can be engaged with/disengaged from the engaging part 47.
