PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture technology capable of decreasing the number of parts and being easily assembled and, for anyone, capable of surely fixing in fishing spot and adjusting the angle of a fishing rod. SOLUTION: The fixture comprises a pair of holding elements 2a and 2b for removably attaching to the both side walls of a barrier block B of a wharf, a fixing element 1 comprising a flat steel connector 3 firmly connecting the holding elements each other and facing to the horizontal part of the block B, a rod mounting part 10 freely turnably supported on a bearing and an angle adjuster 17 adjusting the angle of the rod mounting part by attaching the tip of a bolt to the upper surface of the fixing side by the screw-in amount of the bolt, wherein the rod mounting part comprises an almost U-shaped forward receiver 13 fixed at the upper side of the fixing element 1 and for receiving the under surface of the front side of the grip of the fishing rod and an almost inverted-U shaped rear receiver 15 for receiving the upper side of the rear end.
