PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing steps and to prevent a disconnection of a lead wire in a dynamic speaker. SOLUTION: A pair of terminal members 22 are mounted in a frame 20 supported from a lower surface side of a flat part 14a of an outer peripheral edge of a diaphragm 14, and a pair of lead wires 26 extended from a voice coil 24 are respectively conductively fixed to lands 22B of the members 22 by thermocompression bonding. In this case, the lands 22B of the members 22 are disposed on an upper surface side of the frame 20. Thus, in the steps of manufacturing the speaker, the lead wires 26 can be conductively fixed to the members 22 without necessity of overturning the frame or the like as a prior art, and hence the steps of manufacturing the speaker can be simplified. The disconnection of the wire during overturning work of the frame in the prior art can be prevented. Further, even after fixing conductively, a part of the wires 26 is not wired in a state in which the part of the wires 26 is exposed with an external space of the frame 20 like the prior art, and hence possibility of the disconnection of the wire due to a contact of operator's fingers or the like with the wire 26 is eliminated.
