Namely, when the number of the words preselected thus far and the number of the words which can be preselected by the subsequent processing attain the prescribed value or below, the word preselecting section 13 supplies the words preselected thus far and the words which can be preselected by the subsequent processing as the results of the word preselection to the recognizing section.
