PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to a request by one kind of monitor unit even when the request of a user to a color icon part is diversified. SOLUTION: A plurality of icon marks 7a to 7f coated with a fluorescent substance which emits light with a predetermined color by the irradiation of an electron beam are provided in the color icon part 7 of a monitor unit 1. The interface 3 is provided with an icon setting circuit 2 to set an electron beam irradiation regions, respectively so that the icon marks 7a to 7f are irradiated with the electron beams, and a plurality of icon driving circuits 3a to 3f which drive the icon setting circuit 2 individually by an external driving signal S1 from an external control circuit 4 and set individually the display states of the icon marks 7a to 7f on the monitor unit 1.
