PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently decentralize the load on a server without sharing information regarding the server with other devices. SOLUTION: The server load decentralizing device which decentralizes the loads on a plurality of servers is equipped with a client-side port, a port which is connected to the servers and identified with a port ID, a server table 4 in which the addresses of the servers and port IDs are recorded while made to correspond to each other, a session management table 3 wherein information regarding sessions and information regarding servers are recorded while made to correspond to each other, a session management part 1 which detects the state of a session by monitoring the traffic of a network and records information regarding the sessions in the session management table by the sessions, and a server selection part 2 which selects the optimum server for each session and allocates it according to the session management table 3.
