PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel troublesomeness in an operation by a customer. SOLUTION: An automatic transaction system is provided with an automatic transaction device 3 for performing a transaction by the operation of the customer, a terminal such as a personal computer 4 or a cellular phone 5 and a host computer 1 which is connected to the automatic transaction device 3 and the terminal so as to manage transaction information which is transmitted from the device 3 and the terminal by account of each customer. The system is characterized such that the customer selects the transmission of a transfer report mail which reports the transfer to a transfer destination by the customer in the case of a transfer transaction, inputs the electronic mail address of the transfer destination and, then, transmits the transfer report mail to the electronic mail address.
