PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy, latest information by providing community information reference articles as well map information. SOLUTION: The system comprises community selection means for selecting a predetermined community; classification selection means for selecting a predetermined classification; subject list selection means for displaying a list of subjects of reference articles related to a predetermined condition to allow a user to select any subject from the list of subjects; and reference article display means for displaying the contents of a reference article corresponding to a subject selected by the subject list selection means to provide the user with community information. The system further comprises map image display means for displaying a map image corresponding to the reference article displayed by the reference article display means to provide the user with community information to which a map image corresponding to the reference article is attached. The system further comprises reference article input means for inputting a reference article of any community information in a predetermined format to allow the user to add a community information reference article to the reference article data.
