PURPOSE: Provided are a recycled, laminated fiber board, to which heat resistance is imparted by heating, and in which inside and outside of the fiber are uniformly fastened by application of proper pressure and strength of the fiber is maximized, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The recycled, laminated fiber board comprises 95-99.9 wt% of absolute waste fiber having thickness of 5-100 micrometers and length of 1-300 mm, which is any one or more selected from cellulose, protein, polyacryl, polyamide, polypropylene, polyester, and polyvinylalcohol; and 5-0.1wt% of other components such as pigments, antioxidants, and flatting agents. The fiber has a density of 1.5-2.5, a moisture content of 0.1-5%, and substantially improved heat resistance and mechanical strength.
