PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED array which can be made small-sized and make a full-color display by an LED chip which emits light beams of red, blue, and green. SOLUTION: This LED array 1, having LED chips of red, blue, and green regularly arrayed on a substrate 101, has the substrate 101 of a translucent material, the blue LED chip 2 on the surface of the substrate 101, the green LED chip 3 on the surface of the substrate 101 where its optical path will not overlap the path of the light emitted by the blue LED chip 2, and the red LED chip 4 below the substrate 101, where its optical path overlap with neither of the optical paths of the light beams emitted by the blue LED chip 2 and the green LED chip 3. |
