PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuation system at low cost and with an excellent flying safety by introducing such a structure that a requisite fluid amount and fluid pressure to an actuator is secured when the externally supplied pressure has sunk, without using any additional fluid source provided externaly. SOLUTION: An internal fluid source 40 to supply a working fluid having a specified supply pressure is connected to supply/exhaust passages 23 and 28 for the working fluid leading to the actuator 10 from the external fluid source, and an internal supply pressure lead-in port 43 to lead in the working fluid from, the internal fluid source 40 is formed separately from an external supply pressure lead-in port 21 to lead in the working fluid having the specified supply pressure from the external fluid source, and the working fluid is supplied from the external supply pressure lead-in port 21 and internal supply pressure lead-in port 43 to a mechanical control valve 31 and an electrical control valve 32.
