SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing provided with an inner ring 11, an outer ring 12, and plural balls 13 arranged freely rollably between the inner ring 11 and the outer ring 12, the inner ring 11 and the outer ring 12 are constituted of steel of which the residual austenite content is 0 vol.%, an internal hardness is brought into Hv 674-772, and Vickers surface hardnesses of the raceway surfaces 11a, 12a measured by a Nanoindentation method are brought into 800 or more.
