PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling coating composition capable of being preferably applied to a structure coming in contact with water, preventing adhesion of aquatic organisms and the like for a long time and inhibiting progression of fouling and provide an antifouling film formed by curing the aforesaid composition. SOLUTION: This antifouling paint composition comprises (A) a silicone-vinyl block copolymer obtained by polymerizing at least one species of ethylenically unsaturated monomers in the presence of a silicone macro-initiator containing an azo group and a plurality of polysiloxane chains and (B) a room temperature curable silicone rubber.
