<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an engraved character on a cosmetic container and a method for forming an engraved character on a mirror by a laser beam, by working out contrivance to secure engraving accuracy and engraving depth of the engraved character from the view point of the management. SOLUTION: In the method for forming the engraved character on a surface raw material, layer constituting a part of the cosmetic container which is placed with a a nickel-rhodium plating 5 for laminating nickel layer 3 and a rhodium layer 4, using a laser beam, the method includes an output confirmation process in which the engraving of the character is started after confirming that a laser oscillator is preliminarily operated and a stable laser output is secured, and a depth adjustment process in which the deepest part of the engraved characters passes through the rhodium layer and stayes at the position of the nickel layer.</p> |
