PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installability and handleability in a rice cooker provided with a rice washing function. SOLUTION: A main body 1 is provided with a rice storing part 2 storing rice, a rice measuring means 3 measuring the rice, a rice washing part 4 washing the rice fed from the rice measuring means 3, a rice discharging means 5 discharging the rice washed in the rice washing part 4 from the rice washing part 4, a rice carrying means 6 carrying the rice discharged from the rice washing part 4 by the rice discharging means 5 to a pot 15 inside a rice cooking part 1 cooking the rice and a control means 8 controlling rice measuring, rice washing, rice discharging, rice carrying, rice cooking and heat insulating processes. Also, the rice storing part 2 is arranged roughly above the rice washing part 4 and the rice cooking part 7 is arranged roughly above the rice storing part 2.
