SLAB CONCRETE PAVEMENT METHOD USING MOVABLE CONCRETE DISTRIBUTOR

PURPOSE: A slab concrete pavement method using a movable concrete distributor is provided to prevent the contamination of water during the pavement of a slab and to simplify the construction of the slab. CONSTITUTION: The slab concrete pavement method comprises the steps of; installing a pump car(58) and a ready mixed concrete truck in adjacent to a pier of a bridge, and connecting a ready mixed concrete pipage(60) to the pump car; coupling the ready mixed concrete pipage to a rear wrinkled pipe(76) of a concrete distributor(62); driving a wheel and a rubber track(74) according to the driving of an engine installed in a body(64) of the distributor, rotating the ready mixed concrete pipage at 360 degree by using a second bearing of a second bearing connection pipe and a first bearing connection pipe and a first bearing of a rotatable bearing connection pipe coupled with the body to place concrete onto the top surface of a slab beam(54); and after the pavement of concrete onto the slab beam, disjointing the ready mixed concrete pipage and removing the concrete distributor.
