PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a mechanism of an operating device for on-board equipment inexpensive wherein operation error is prevented in the case this has an unstable posture due to vibrations or the like in traveling, and make this inexpensive also in cost. SOLUTION: The operating switch is constituted of a rotatable jog dial, a dial cover in which an operating site of this jog dial is protruded, and plural push switches to turn on/off of the on-board equipment in the neighbored of the jog dial, and the operation error is prevented by enabling the jog dial and respective push switches in operation in a state fouding the hand on the dial cover.
