PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional questionnaire system troubles a person in charge to make a questionnaire research and cannot protect personal information of questionnaire object persons. SOLUTION: This system comprises terminal devices 70, 71 and 72 which are connected to the Internet 1,a request terminal 2 which makes a request for questionnairing, and a questionnaire provider 3 which is connected to the Internet 1 and distributes questionnaire to the terminal devices 70, 71 and 72 at the request made by the request device 2, generates statistical information by gathering answers to the questionnaires from the terminal devices 70, 71 and 72, and reports the generated statistical information to the request device 2. |
