PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication monitor system and a slave unit and a network configurator, capable of visually and easily recognizing the distributed state of the communication errors of this whole system, and shortening the starting time of the overall facility. SOLUTION: Respective slave units 2001-to 200-n count the number of times of communication errors using master unit 100, and transmit the counted number of times of the communication errors via a network to a network configurator 400. In the network configurator 400, the distributed state of the transmitted number of times of the communication errors is graphically displayed, corresponding to those slave units 200-1 to 200-n.
