PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering mold of a pressurized sintering device which can prevent the sintering mold and a sintered product from being bound even when silicon oxide powder is sintered and can reduce processes for manufacturing the sintered product. SOLUTION: In the sintering mold 80 of the pressurized sintering device, a mold release material is attached on an inner surface of a sintering chamber A and the mold release material A is made of tungsten. Since the mold release material exists between the sintering mold 80 and powder (m) enclosed in the sintering mold 80, the powder (m) and the sintering mold are not united and the sintered product can be easily taken out of the sintering mold 80. Further since the mold release material is tungsten, the mold release material and the powder (m) to be sintered do no unite at all even when the powder (m) to be sintered is made of a material unitable with the sintering mold 80 such as silicon oxide. Thereby work for processing the surface of the sintered product taken out of the sintering mold 80 is unnecessary and processes for manufacturing the sintered product can be reduced. |
